Montana Governor vetoes proposal allowing tribal nations to legalize cannabis on reservations.

Montana Governor Greg Gianforte (R) has vetoed a proposal to allow tribal nations in the state to establish compacts with the governor’s office. The compacts would have allowed tribal nations to to legalize and regulate Cannabis on reservations. Read full article here

Alabama expected to issue first medical cannabis dispensary licenses
