What is Advanced Consolidations?
MaxQ Technologies’ Advanced Consolidation Suite is a collection of modules that create the entries required to consolidate multi-company environments. Integrated with Acumatica, this suite offers automation capabilities to improve the accuracy and speed of consolidate financial statements.

Features for Maximum Performance
Equity Pickup
The MaxQ Equity Pickup module automates the process of calculating and booking equity pickup for consolidated financial reporting. The net income or loss of subsidiaries is rolled up and recorded on the parents' companies' general ledger.
Debit / Credit Logic
The MaxQ Debit/Credit Logic modules allow an organization with multiple entities and intercompany accounts to use a single due to/from intercompany account on the asset section of the balance sheet for each intercompany relationship. Credit balances in the intercompany accounts are automatically reclassified to designated liability accounts at the end of each period.
Eliminations
The MaxQ Eliminations module will automatically calculate and book elimination entries for all intercompany accounts. Equity eliminations are calculated for parent/subsidiary relationships. This module works in conjunction with the MaxQ Equity Pickup and MaxQ Debit/Credit Logic modules. Intercompany accounts and relationships are identified by selecting the counterparty on the chart of account screen in Acumatica.
