Information About Our Support Plans

MaxQ Offers a variety of support plans to fit your needs.  Please contact us for details and pricing.

Unlimited Support Plan

  • Email or telephone support Monday through Friday (per our support hours above) with a 1 hour guaranteed response time.  If we are unable to respond to your support request within 1 hour, we offer a $25 credit on your account. This credit does not apply to support requests received within the last hour of a business day or on Fridays.
  • Enrollment in our Solution Enhancement Program.  This program provides customers with email notification announcing our latest service packs and updates for the MaxQ solutions purchased.
  • 24 x 7 access to the MaxQ Tech Support Website
  • 10% discount on MaxQ Solutions training.  This discount cannot be applied to implementation user training received as part of your initial purchase.

Foundation Support Plan

  • Six telephone or email support incidents with a 24 hour guaranteed response time. An incident is defined as a single support issue.
  • Enrollment in our Solution Enhancement Program.  This program provides customers with email notification announcing our latest service packs and updates for MaxQ solutions purchased. This credit does not apply to support requests received within the last hour of a business day or on Fridays.
  • 24 x 7 access to the MaxQ Tech Support website.

Time and Expense Support Plan

MaxQ offers support for new product installations, Microsoft Solutions, and general IT services at an hourly rate as listed on the MaxQ price list or consulting contract.

5-Packs of Support Incidents

Packs of five telephone or email incidents are available. Incidents from this pack will be valid for one calendar year from the date of purchase and carry a 24 hour guaranteed response time. If we are unable to respond to your support request within 1 hour, we offer a $25 credit on your account. This credit does not apply to support requests received within the last hour of a business day or on Fridays.
